Here are some common questions about your villa holiday in Lanzarote.
The villas.
How far are the villas from the airport?
How far is the supermarket, bars, restaurants, beach and town centre?
Do all the villas have private pool?
Are the pools heated in winter time?
Do all the villas have private parking?
Do the villas have hairdryer/Smart TV/soundsystem/etc?
I have small children, are the villas safe for them?
Over the past years, we’ve had kids of all ages in the villa with no problem whatsoever. Tables and chairs in the living room all have rounded edges, and even though most bedrooms are upstairs, we can provide a security gate for the stairs should you feel safer that way. Bear in mind that only the pool of Villa Lugger is fenced, so ideally you should keep the doors to the terrace closed if your children can’t swim yet.
Are the villas disabled friendly?
All our two-bedroom villas have the bedrooms upstairs, so they are not apt for people with severe mobility disability. On the other side, our three-bedroom villas do have a bedroom downstairs, and Villa Schooner is prepared to be used for people on wheelchairs, with direct step free access from the parking to the bedroom, and a bathroom designed to be used even on a wheelchair.
Is the Air Conditioning coin-operated? Can it heat too?
There are three machines in each house (four on the three-bedroom villas) and all of them can be used to cool or to heat.
Is it possible to stay more than 4 people on the villa?
Unless you’re staying in Villa Schooner or Villa Lugger (our three-bedroom villas), it is commonly not possible. Even if the houses have a sofa bed they are not prepared for more than 4 people, so only under exceptional circumstances we will allow a booking of more than 4 people on a two-bedroom villa. Please contact us and explain us your case before booking.
Our services.
Can I get an early check-in/late check-out?
My flight is arriving late at night, how can I enter the villa?
Do you provide towels and bedding?
Do you provide a cot and high chair?
Do you provide a welcome pack?
Will I get a cleaning service with the villa?
Do I have to clean the swimming pool?
The booking process.
Can I choose the villa I want to stay on?
Provided there’s availability on that villa, you can definitely book the villa you like best, but bear in mind that selecting your villa is more expensive than getting assigned one by us, due to the increase of empty nights when guests get to choose the villa.
Should you pick the “2-Bedroom Villa Rate” or “3-Bedroom Villa Rate” and decide not to book a particular villa, you can request your preferences and we will take them into consideration when assigning your reservation to a house, but matching your reservation with other arrivals and departures and minimising the number of empty nights is what ultimately sets what villa you will be assigned to.
