Prices
All prices are valid at the time of booking. Prices might change at any time depending on demand and other factors but your rate at the time of booking will always be valid.
Payment
Standard Rate:
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of your reservation is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be immediately refunded should you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival day.
The 70% outstanding must be paid the week before your arrival.
Non-refundable rate:
The full amount of your reservation will be paid at the time of booking.
Villa cancellation policy
Standard Rates:
Should you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival day there is no cancellation fees.
Should you cancel 30 days or less days before your arrival day there is a 30% cancellation fee.
Should you cancel 1 days or less before your arrival day there is a 100% cancellation fee.
Non-refundable rates:
Should you have to cancel or modify your reservation, a 100% cancellation fee applies and no refund will be given.
